I am honored and humbled to welcome you to view our website.

Sri Lanka Association of New York, Established in 1970, is a voluntary organization of the expatriate Sri Lankan community of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. The Association provides a forum to meet and foster social and fraternal activities among the community, thereby promoting our rich Sri Lankan culture, for the benefit of the future generations. 












Our mission is to ensure unity and solidarity along with a deep sense of pride and respect for our motherland, Sri Lanka.  The association stands for furthering our capacity to progress as a community dedicated to the highest ideals of service to humanity.
